Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting processes
- Maintain OSHA compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines and customer demands
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (required for facility operations)
