Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations including FIFO inventory management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards in cold environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and implement lean practices
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless logistics flow
- Prepare daily/weekly productivity reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in cold chain or logistics
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to work in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
