As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure efficient inventory management. Our training covers everything from safety protocols to inventory control systems, setting you up for success from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse team members to optimize productivity and safety standards
- Oversee receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and process improvements
- Manage inventory control systems and accuracy documentation
- Train new associates on equipment operation and procedures
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong leadership potential and team management abilities
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
