Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS software
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with repair vendors
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- No warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Strong leadership potential with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license required for facility equipment operation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
