Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity, inventory, and safety metrics
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate transportation and storage needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years warehouse experience or leadership background
- Forklift certification (provided during training if needed)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
