Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity targets are met
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Manage inventory systems, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years warehouse or logistics experience (management trainees welcome)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain during training
- Forklift certification (provided during training if not current)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
