Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics workflows to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with management to maintain equipment functionality and schedule necessary maintenance.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and communicate effectively with upper management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct staff effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided upon hiring).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
