Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during daily operations and shift changes
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow and space utilization
- Train staff on new equipment, processes, and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Leadership aptitude and ability to motivate diverse teams
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4-6 weeks)
