Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse team members during daily operations and training periods
- Optimize inventory management processes using WMS technology
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities to meet KPIs
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience (entry-level with training considered)
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (provided during training)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
