Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and mentor team members through our structured training program
- Implement inventory control procedures and cycle count systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and productivity metrics
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment certification)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete our paid training program
