Responsibilities
- Lead 10-15 person warehouse team in daily operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Coordinate with transportation and receiving departments
- Generate performance reports and process improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Forklift certification (provided during training)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- 1+ years in fast-paced environment preferred
- Problem-solving aptitude for operational challenges
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
