As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive efficiency in our state-of-the-art facility. Our 8-week paid training program covers inventory management, safety protocols, team leadership, and warehouse technology. Responsibilities
- Lead 10-15 person teams in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety checks
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory systems)
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
