Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and for operator certifications
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience (entry-level welcome)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Forklift certification (provided during training if needed)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
