Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff scheduling
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on equipment operation
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate shipping/receiving and inventory tracking
- Generate performance reports and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, inventory software)
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid training program
