As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead a team of 10-15 associates, optimize inventory processes, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Our program combines classroom instruction with hands-on mentorship, preparing you for long-term success in supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle count procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean principles
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage performance metrics and generate operational reports
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
