Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety procedures and operational standards
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS software
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvement initiatives
- Manage performance metrics including productivity and accuracy targets
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
Qualifications
