Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates daily operations
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems (WMS)
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with transportation and receiving departments
- Prepare daily productivity reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Valid Indiana driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to complete paid training program
