Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment with precision
- Execute inventory control protocols using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO compliance
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Document all material movements in WMS systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
