Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Implement inventory control procedures using WMS technology
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and cost reduction
- Manage performance metrics and KPI reporting
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior warehouse experience required with paid training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
