Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily KPIs and production targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections.
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or management role.
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Forklift certification and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
