As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by processing orders efficiently and safely. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and prepare packages for timely delivery to customers.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Process returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting packages up to 49 lbs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
