Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Train, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
- Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet deadlines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (CFL or equivalent).
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP or Manhattan.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
