Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement and optimize inventory management systems for accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline cross-functional workflows
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
