Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop 10-15 team members through coaching and performance optimization
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
- Utilize WMS technology for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in remote team management preferred
