Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage and train a team of warehouse staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation.
- Coordinate with logistics planners and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate product dispatch.
- Handle conflict resolution and team motivation to foster a positive, productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS).
- Valid Forklift Certification and ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
