Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems (WMS experience required)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory forecasting and space optimization
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety management background
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting
