Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Coordinate daily shipping/receiving operations and resolve logistical challenges
- Leverage WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication platforms
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency gains
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing remote teams and digital communication tools
- Strong data analysis capabilities with Excel/BI tools
- Valid forklift certification and ability to pass background check
