- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems to achieve 99.5%+ accuracy rates
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance across all activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational KPIs
- Expert knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and safety protocols
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Experience with warehouse automation technologies a plus
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining on-site presence as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
