Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift safety programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
