Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to achieve daily productivity and safety targets
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize space and efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train employees on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory or team lead experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- College degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
