Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15-20 team members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Optimize workflow using WMS technology and lean principles
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
