Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, motivate, and manage team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement lean principles to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Coordinate with transportation and inventory control departments
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Valid Texas driver's license required
