Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance
- Optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency through WMS systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in cold chain logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures and physical environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
