Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee daily receiving, storage, and shipping operations with 99% accuracy
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory control systems for maximum efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift operator certification programs
- Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Lead monthly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in cold-chain or logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
