Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff to optimize daily operations and productivity
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping processes to meet SLAs
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
