Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise 15-20 warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound freight flow
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
- Drive continuous process improvements using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with inventory management experience
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
