Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Train and mentor 20+ staff members on safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts within 99.8% tolerance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills for inventory and process optimization
- Proven leadership in team development and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
