Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work culture.
- Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA compliance to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cycle counting procedures to maintain accurate stock records.
- Manage labor scheduling, overtime allocation, and workflow efficiency to meet peak demand periods.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution.
- Valid forklift operator certification and material handling equipment experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; physical stamina required.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
