Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity targets and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement lean warehouse practices
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching programs
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and operational budgets
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying climate conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued
