Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 15+ staff members on safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and boost productivity
- Conduct OSHA-compliant safety audits and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery SLAs
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
