Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, optimizing productivity through daily task delegation and performance monitoring
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with receiving, shipping, and quality assurance teams
- Analyze operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Oversee facility maintenance and equipment calibration schedules
- Train staff on new technologies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
