Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve inventory accuracy to 99.5%+
- Enforce safety protocols including OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency using WMS systems
- Manage KPIs including order fulfillment rates, productivity metrics, and labor costs
- Conduct daily team briefings and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or distribution environment
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPI dashboards
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume settings
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse workforce management
