Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and productivity standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and meet productivity targets
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and analyze key metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
