Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and train 15+ team members to optimize productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean inventory management systems and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and WMS documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and foster a zero-accident work environment
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Advanced problem-solving abilities in logistics operations
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
