Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation and inventory control
- Conduct regular audits and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse software (e.g., WMS)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
