Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and quality standards

- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and cost reduction

- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training required
- Proven ability to lead teams and resolve operational challenges
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
