Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ member team through daily workflow optimization
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct weekly audits
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate with trucking partners for dock scheduling
- Train staff on new equipment and procedures
- Generate performance reports and KPI analysis
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- College degree in logistics/business preferred
