Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S principles
- Adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for packing efficiency
- Communicate effectively with remote team members via digital platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years experience in warehouse or order fulfillment environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in hybrid remote/on-site capacity
