Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates to meet performance targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless workflow
- Generate performance reports and key metrics for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed
