Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct weekly safety audits
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and dock operations
- Utilize WMS software (e.g., Oracle Warehouse Management) for real-time tracking
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation certification
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
